  • Blacklisting

    Should a joiner regular miss payment deadlines or engage in malicious actions against other joiners they will be blacklisted from the site.

    GOMs who are revealed to be using Loxy World as their proxy and scamming people will also be blacklisted.

  • Backouts

    Strictly speaking, backouts are not allowed. Paying initials for an item means you are committing to pay for the full total. You are able to find someone else to take your place and backout this way.

  • Returns

    GOs marked as sorted are based on sorting order, you will not receive a refund if you do not get your preferences. This is the same for random merchandise where Loxy World cannot guarantee which members are pulled.

WHAT ARE PREORDERS AND THE POLICIES FOR THEM?

Many items on the site will be bought during the Pre Order period,

This means the item is NOT on hand, nor ready to be shipped from it's originating country.

Loxy World will provide the start of shipping dates from within the originating country if available. This does not guarantee that Loxy World's proxy will receive it on that day.

Items should be expected 1-3 months after that date, to account for shipping delays and such.

Should there be longer than expected delays, joiners will be notified and can choose to seek a refund if it goes 4-5 months after the expected timeline.

WHAT ARE INITIALS?

Group orders work differently to direct sales. You are expected to pay your portion of the total value of the items, the shipping, the customs and then domestic shipping.

This means payments can be split into four payments, the initals are the cost that Loxy World is paying to buy that specific item only, not accounting for the shipping and custom fees.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET MY BIAS?

For album sorting and many items, pulls are NOT guaranteed. This will be disclaimed on any affected products. If you would like to guarantee your bias, you are able to purchase items which are guaranteed such as Lucky Draws or Super Stars.

What is the sorting order?

Sorting is done in the order of joining, meaning the earlier you join the higher the chance of you getting your preferences.

For some releases, this may be different and items will be raffled as it is fairer to all joiners.

What does Loxy World Gain?

Loxy World aims to keep profit to a minimum, mainly to run the site and account for the time spent hosting.

What if a GO wins a signed item?

Loxy World reserves the right to keep any winning signed merchandise. If your claim is affected by this, you will be refunded the full value of the claim.

This does not apply to proxies that customers order via Loxy World. Other GOMs who use Loxy World as a Proxy will then decide what to do with this merchandise.

If Loxy World drops the signed merchandise, it will be lotteried between those who joined for that claim, they will receive the unsigned and signed claimed if possible.

Loxy World also reserves the right to bypass this and award long time joiners a signed merchandise for their bias should it decide to.
